Playing Texting
dohing art is pleased to present Playing Texting from February 13th through March 13th, 2019.
Consisted of four artists each focusing on videos, photographs, paintings, and installation, the exhibition explores and interprets ‘Text’ in diverse perspectives. Jungwon Go, Seungho Yoo, Jung Lee, Sane Jung present artworks which reveal the unlimited possibilities of text in the realm of visual arts. The artists visualize invisible values by blurring the boundaries between image and text. Text only playing a simple linguistic role now serves an imagery role, and this new composition between text and image has been developed in a new form of language, which conveys the artists’ idea.
